We closely monitor the weather forecasts. You will be contacted if the ride is cancelled due to severe conditions. A full refund will be provided if we can't reschedule your cancelled tour.

Yes! This is how they make their money so if you had a great time, compensate appropriately. Cash, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle are a few acceptable forms of payment for tipping.

Yes, there is an electric assist motor for the inclines roads, and when going over the bridges in downtown Manitowoc. You still have to pedal on flat surfaces. If you are hesitant to book due to fitness ability, you can relax on a non-pedaling seat or on the rear bench, and have a good time.

Yes. The maximum weight is 275lb per person.

It can seat up to 13 people. There are 8 seats with pedals, 2 above the rear wheels, a rear bench that can seat 2, and one person can be in the middle as the bartender and fetch the group drinks and snacks.

The seats are adjustable. They can be set to the desire height to reach the pedals.

Yes, you can! You can even use it to do progressive dinners. There are many great bars/restaurants on our routes that offer specials.

You may cancel your tour up to 14 days before your reservation date to receive a full refund. If you cancel 5-13 days, we will give you a rain check to use later in the season, or next season if it’s at the end of the season. Cancellations within 4 days of the tour will not receive any type of a refund.

We do offer a one-time rescheduling option. A rescheduled request must be made at least two days before the tour date. The rescheduled date must be within seven days of your original tour date. Refunds may take between 5 to 10 business days to appear on your Bank Statement. Contact us as soon as possible if you can’t make your tour.

Yes, you can bring your own cooler. You can also rent a cooler with ice from us.

The waiver link can be found in the confirmation email that was sent to person that book the tour. If you made the booking for your group, please forward the waiver link to all riders in your party to fill out prior to the tour.
