Policy Enforcement
The Manitour Pedalers Policy ensures that you and other participants enjoy the tour in a safely manner, and set forth the expectations for each tours. The tour guide (the driver) of the pedal tarven is in charge at all times and will enforce the following policies. It is also the responsibility of the person who booked the tour to help the Operator in hosting the group in order to maintain a fun and safe experience.

Reservation Policy
If you book the whole bike for your party, feel free to bring your own playlist.
Upon making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email or text for your order. Please double-check your email address before submitting your booking.
If you did not receive a confirmation email or text, please give us a call to verify your email address and confirm.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your start time to ensure that we can check you in, sign liability waivers, go over the rules, and get the tour started on time.
If you are doing a Pub Crawl tour, you will be able to stop at up to 3 bars during the tour. Keep in mind that the tour stops depends on the bars' operating Days and Hours.

Participant Waiver
All participants must sign a waiver, and provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of check-in. the reservation and sign a rider waiver.
NOTE: To stay on schedule, please arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of your tour in order to have everything ready by the time your tour is supposed to start.

Payments
For Private Tours, you may make a 50% payment upon booking. The rest must be paid before your scheduled tour. You can also split the remaining payment between your group.
Public Tours are charged the full price upon booking and are non-refundable.

Weather Policy
-We ride rain or shine! Management keeps a close eye on weather forecasts and severe conditions. You will be contacted if the tour is canceled due to weather. We will work to reschedule your canceled tour but will issue a full or partial refund if we cannot find a suitable new tour date and time.

Alcohol Policy
You may bring your own beer or fermented beverages on board! We have the following policies in order to ensure a fun, safe and legal experience. Observance of these policies is required for all groups:

A Maximum of 36 oz (three 12 oz) fermented malt beverages is allowed for drinking-age riders.

No hard liquors or shots are allowed.

No glass containers of any kind on board.

Containers should remain closed until on board the vehicle.

Alcohol MUST REMAIN ON BOARD the vehicle at all times.
Inappropriate Behavior and Termination
Inappropriate behavior by participants will result in the termination of the tour for the entire group. Your party bike operator has sole discretion on terminating a tour for misbehavior.
These behaviors may include, but are not necessarily limited to:

Excessive intoxication — Please pace yourself. DO NOT show up intoxicated.

Removing open containers of alcohol from the bike onto the street

Bringing alcohol off-premises from the bar stops

Providing alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of 21.

Bringing glass or hard liquor on board in violation of local ordinances

Jumping off, standing, or hanging on the quadricycle while it’s in motion or in traffic.

Using vulgar language at pedestrians, the police, or other drivers.

Any other inappropriate behavior or violation of local, state, and federal laws
General Rules
-High heels, open-toe shoes, or sandals are not recommended.
-Small purses/bags may be stored on the bike. Please DO NOT bring large bags or extraneous items.

Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your tour up to 14 days before your reservation date to receive a full refund. If you cancel 5-13 days, we will give you a rain check to use later in the season, or next season if it’s at the end of the season. Cancellations within 4 days of the tour will not receive any type of refund.
We do offer a one-time rescheduling option. A rescheduled request must be made at least two days before the tour date. The rescheduled date must be within seven days of your original tour date. Refunds may take between 5 to 10 business days to appear on your Bank Statement. Contact us as soon as possible if you can’t make your tour.
